Apologies for not being able to give you exact comfirmation since Tunisia.com is not part of the Tunisian government.

As a standard normally people require 6 months on their passport so I would not "risk it" without speaking to somone in an official Tunisian consolate.

This airport and the envisaged deep water part make this area surely destined to grow.

Do not expect any majour developments of hotels etc as this was planned but is either paused/cancelled due to the international crisis.

I hope you bought some time ago since the prices in Hergla now refect the excitment with nice houses over 350,000 dinars.

Either way in ten years this area will be much busier even if just the industrial development.

Again sir there is no mention of religion at all in the piece I think you saw “Ramadan” and saw red. Saying it may be hard during the peak of the summer and wondering what the touristic impact might be is a discussion that is logical and is nothing to do with Ramadan itself. At the moment there has been a slow start to the project but a fence has gone up with a billboard with the project information.

The sales office has been kitted out but is as yet unopened (we hear winter).

When this opens and we have further news we will update this information .

I cannot confirm for you since Tunisia.com is not attached or in any way part of the consular services of Tunisia. You need to call you emabssy to confirm the latest requirements.

You will find that your notice of marriage will be on the wall in you home town and also in your embassy.

Always check with the embassy first rules can and do change somtimes.

you can stay 3 months and then come and go 3 months. Once you are married or not if you have a good incme you can apply for a carte de sejour anytime which is "permission to stay" at the police station it is a form and some passport photos/documentation showing your address/income etc. Visit your local police station and ask.

That is a question for you embassy as in case it is different and the rules change. There will be criteria and as such itis best to have an initial chat with them and then if you like you can speak on the forum since there are a number of women from the USA married to Tunisians on there.

Pour moi, le emabssy tunisien (UK) m'a envoyé un formulaire Cet rendue au ministère de la religion.

Les appeler et obtenir un temps, il est entre deux départements donc je ne peux pas vous promettre une réponse rapide.

Quand moi-même et Hajer, où il a été marié à nous-mêmes et nous avons eu le parti après puisque tout était le stress et nous avions besoin de flexibilité.

I do not think so considering the pain in the bum organising this, is it not possible to get married in the UK? If not my first port of call would be the Algerian Embassy in Tunis.
