Nothing but dissembling by Telus community people. Once again support cannot be trusted to give statements remotely resembling the truth on status of customers or nature and bredctgh of the problem. They now require account password to access their "hear map" showing problem hotspots . Making it extremely difficult to office support to my wife remotely - why do they do this - One reason only - They don't want customers to know the problem is bigger than there duplicitous social 'community' staff will ever admit to. Telus Twitter twit is insufferable and support nonexistent it appears. Second time in a matter of months that they lose all email service for great swaths of their customer and offer success trite excuses for not reporting status accurately as "not all customers use email!" Yes social community actually pumped that out today!

Email down for four days in Lower Mainland =, BC..
Telus Community service has misrepresented extent of problem and even claimed it to be resolved during this period. _ Community Rep Posted "Spoiler Alert" that their are some reports - she deserves to be walked to exit stage left.
They simply do not seem to give a damn about keeping their customers updated as to the true extent of the problem or whether it has even reached the point where senior management says pull out all necessary resources to get it fixed, BIG FAIL TELUS - truly reaching FUBAR status.

I've been on 2 month hiatus due "real world urgent" driving out "real world important (via Kumu)" but it seems I picked exactly the right day to come out of the cave with its mere shadows of reality.... templates seem to be a hit 'right out of the park'

Opinion pieces are exactly that and have a place to encourage healthy debate.

No matter how I try to change perspectives to view this, however, I cannot see that healthy debate was the editors intent in letting the opinion piece go through in the form as written.
Given the inportance of a free press it is very unfortunate when the editor seems to believe that the purpose of his rag is to create the news rather than to report the news.

I do hope that the editor has at least achieved some personal pleasure from his minutes of fame,

I would hope that the Presidential candidates can stay on message and deliver it consistently, but this clip simply proves, if there ever was any doubt, that we need debates and not the structured infomercials "PAP" delivered under this false name by "the bipartisan Commission on Presidential Debates"
