Once again support cannot be trusted to give statements remotely resembling the truth on status of customers or nature and bredctgh of the problem. They now require account password to access their "hear map" showing problem hotspots . Making it extremely difficult to office support to my wife remotely - why do they do this - One reason only - They don't want customers to know the problem is bigger than there duplicitous social 'community' staff will ever admit to. Telus Twitter twit is insufferable and support nonexistent it appears. Second time in a matter of months that they lose all email service for great swaths of their customer and offer success trite excuses for not reporting status accurately as "not all customers use email!" Yes social community actually pumped that out today!</p>

Re: Telus outage or service down?
