If we start thinking too far ahead the anxiety can be crippling ... but we can usually summon the strength for the day ahead.

I like to keep a list of the 5 areas of my life that I want to improve, then simply check off one activity (minimum) per area, per day.

This way I'm not biting off too much at once, and as the days pile up I see consistent improvement in all areas without getting too overwhelmed.

I like Rick352's approach as well, although I usually pray before or after my shower. I admire the time management benefits of using the idle shower time though!

Be well,
Scott

Re: 6 Steps To Writing Captivating Blog Post Intros Every Time

Hi Alicia,

Thanks for this concise list to help us fellow bloggers start our posts with bang. Much appreciated!

I've always heard that the purpose of each sentence is to prompt the visitor to read the next, and your template fits perfectly with that philosophy.

I also see some very obvious areas where I need to focus on improvement, and for that I am grateful. Keep up the great work!

Best to you,
Scott

Re: Help! The product has truly been a blessing.

Also, I'm glad that you brought up the Costco point. From what I've read, it's definitely not "apples to apples"! Keep in mind that there are vast differences in the level of quality and the production practices involved in the making of Juice Plus+ as compared to the "copycats". Sort of like comparing a Yugo with a Cadillac. They are both cars, but ...

More importantly, the clinical validation that has come out of the research is exclusive to Juice Plus+ - not fruit and vegetable supplements in general. Here is an excellent web document that fully details the impressive findings that have come out of the clinical research:

http://www.scottcofer.com/j...

Thanks for commenting!

Re: Kaizen Principles – The Master Key to Personal Development

Thanks for the kudos, and glad I could shine a different light on the kaizen principles for you Kyle!

Best,
Scott

Re: Training

Excellent training resource, Jeff. I haven't been by the site in quite a while, and the new design and information links are fantastic. Well done.

Really enjoyed the interview with Eric as well. Really shows the "heart" behind your business. You are - most certainly - the real deal my friend.

Best to you,
Scott

Re: Strengths of The Way of The Master

Excellent points here, Jesse.
