Common Questions
How do I activate add-ons?
When a package is purchased, all associated add-ons are immediately accessible for the sites created under your current account. Most individual add-ons are instantly operational, while a few require some additional integration. For the latter, detailed documentation and developer tools are available.
Is there a contract?
The Professional add-on package is a month-to-month subscription that can be canceled at any time, so you won't be charged for the next billing period after canceling. The VIP program has a separate partner agreement and terms of service.

Get to know your community like never before. Disqus Analytics lets you monitor trends at a glance, or, if you prefer, dig deeply into detailed data. Features include a snapshot view, activity stats, people metrics, network behaviors, exportable data, trending graphs, and more.
Please note that it takes a short while (up to a few hours) to fully populate your community data with analytics.

Moderation Reports
Reports make moderating your content more effective. Trending items are highlighted and shown at a glance or in a detailed view making it easy to spot spiking activity from certain IP addresses or users. Having spam problems? Reports make it easy to see frequently posted URLs and blacklist them with one click.
Reports are displayed along the right side of your moderation panel.

Track admin activity from other moderators of your community. Track when a comment was deleted or approved and by which moderator, which is especially useful if your website grants moderation rights to a number of different staffers and/or entrusted members of the community.
