as for disqus_recent_comments() function — there's \<\/em\> missing after the date (they forgot to close a tag in disqus.php (do search for word "ago" and add \<\/em\> after it (without backslashes)))... ;)

u know, it's a completely new level of abstraction from reality - to assemble plamo in 3d software (rather than in real world...) (笑) how cool is that!

3d manga sounds great...

and seriously, i think it's much harder to make 3d model in software than to assemble it in "real life" - rendering is good enough, u don't have to "print" it in real life (unless u want to for some reason, of course...) e.g., i'm reading scans of manga on screen and i don't need to print it (unless i'm somewhere where i can't read it otherwise)

загалом стаття "негативна": перераховуються і заперечуються всі теорії (крім авіаудару, звісно), а потім ніякого висновку, типу, робіть висновок самі (а лишається "авіаудар", звісно), ми тут ні до чого :)). автори самі бояться визнати авіаудар?.. а сполох в парку був, це точно, його треба пояснити! можливо ситуація кумулятивна: літак літав -> колоради стрільнули-промазали -> літак відстрілявся по них

так, я дивився відео. але мене цікавить саме сполох. якось пояснити, від чого він? виглядає, як пуск пзрк. та якщо ні, то що? гранатомет?.. що? мені видається, зрозуміти сполох важливо, він якось пов'язаний з усім цим. я не фахівець, і в мене нема припущень, тому і питаю, що це може бути

for me accent (pronunciation, intonation, stress) is at the root of language. accent is the secret, the key to the (spoken) language (and any language is spoken par excellence, written language is just a derivative). it's basically concise history of its development. the thing is, you can't achieve "comprehensibility" without mastering language "from inside out". accent is the (only) way to be "inside". but it's very subtle (and hard) truth. underestimating of accent learning is usual thing, i certainly can understand it.

you don't get it, do you? legion i was talking about is of people who don't recognize your annexations. you know, it's like you steal some thing, but no one thinks it's yours now. you can continue land grabbing, but it's like nothing in terms of legal ownership. you're just creating some sort of limbo.

and yes, of course we are on our own. no one here expects some other people will die for our land, what a stupid idea! we will fight you Russians till the end. but it will be nice to have some financial and military support from US, something like Lend-Lease in times of WWII, it will counterbalance Russian military advantage.

first of all, i perfectly well know what "legion" means. here i used it as an allusion to well-known Mark 5:9:

"And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many."

basically, what i wanted to say is that "we are many" (and that our non-recognition is of much greater consequence to you then your landgrabbing to us).

as for bleeding us dry, we perfectly good with it (even if it's true, which i seriously doubt. by demonizing western economical establishment you sound just like some kind of marxist, which is never a good recommendation). but anyway, it's our choice (Russian way didn't give us even a choice!). at least we had an option and we have chosen it. bleed us, all right. we've been with Russia for too long now, and we want someone else to bleed us.

try to understand this: it's better for us to die, to be annihilated as a nation, than to have no choice. Russians seems to us Ukrainians now as some alien race, ultimate enemy. their culture, language, mentality, propaganda, even looks, etc, all this evoke in us deep sense of antipathy. Russia wants us to go back, but there is no going back.
