Now that I think about it, I forgot how much I miss "King Of The Hill". "Bob's Burgers" *almost* fills that empty hole, but it needs a Rusty Shackleford.

Having almost fully neglected NXT in all its carnations, I was extremely pleasantly surprised by Enzo & Cass' debut promo. They seem more fully formed (well, Enzo, anyway) than most of the greener NXT calls-up, and it gives a warm, fuzzy nostalgic feeling for the second coming of the Attitude Era, as much as it can exist in 2016. I've been repeating lines from the debut in my head all week, even though I think Enzo looks like if my nonexistent vidya game console had a stroke in the middle of creating a wrestler in WWE 2K16.

I see her value, especially to younger fans, but I just don't like her. She's a great wrestler, but, for me, she's missing something (and it's not bleached hair and a set of implants).

But then I couldn't have watched 5 seasons of "Ink Master".

There's already the dynamic text size feature built into the OS, and it's up to app developers to support it. I'm in the same boat, and I'm eyeing the 6+ as my next phone, especially if it means eliminating one device — the iPad 3 — from my life.

Turns out today is the day I became too old for The A.V. Club, I guess, or at least William Hughes, because I like those shows. Covert Affairs more than Suits, I guess, and Royal Pains a distant third, but they're still decent enough entertainment in the wasteland of summer shows.

I bought it shortly after it came out. It worked well enough, but its case is too big to install in my car and keep the cover for the OBDC port closed. I just switched from an iPhone 5S to an HTC One M8 and picked up one of the cheap ones small enough to fit in the space allotted in my Ford Fusion on Amazon to use with Dash, and it's fantastic.

Call me crazy, but I'm happy to have a device in my hands that works right this second. I don't get excited about a demo of something that's a year away any more than I do looking at concept vehicles at an auto show. If Microsoft can deliver what it promises (something it's failed to do with Windows7, Vista, the Zune, that phone they killed faster than HP killed the TouchPad), it'll be impressive.

Also, since when is a company with the lion's share of the computer market in general considered to be an underdog? This whole article and the childish headline are impossible to take seriously.

Most of what I know of Buddhism I've learned from this show. (We won't count the Intro to Religions course I took my freshman year of college almost 20 years ago. It was taught by a leprechaun. Look it up.) I'm not sure I have a question or comment about any of it just yet, because I haven't reached a level of absorption that allows it—I don't know enough about what I don't know. I *did* enjoy listening to the Watts piece when I was roasting coffee this morning, though.

On the show as a whole, there's not a single thing I would change about it. I think you guys are doing, as Marc Maron and others have put it, "The Big Work", and I'm happy to go along for the ride. I don't know that I've put anything specific you've discussed into practice, but somehow I feel better about it, knowing there are others, especially people for whom I have a ton of respect, who struggle with these same things but are better able to articulate it than me. I do know this: I'm as big a fan of this show as any to which I've ever subscribed.

Well, except for that one with Adam that may or may not exist anymore.

The update specifically introduced audio issues I didn't have before. I have an iPhone 4 and use a RadTech dock-connector-to-USB-and-3.5mm-audio split cable (bought three weeks ago) to drive audio to a 2008 Prius stock stereo via the AUX input and 12V charging port in the center armrest console. I also have a 3.5mm coupler to add a Griffin noise-cancelling (ground loop noise) cable to the audio line.

I just started having problems in the last week or so. I thought it was one of the audio jacks at first, because it's roughly the same type of noise one would hear when a headphone jack in an iPod, Walkman, etc., would start to get loose. It wasn't.

I mount the iPhone on the dash in a universal GPS/cellphone holder, and noticed that if I'm not extremely careful about making sure the right side of the dock connector is seated just so, I only get audio out of the left side speakers, and the occasional static crackle. I'm not sure if the timing is coincidence, if the dock connector on the cable is bad, or if the dock port on the iPhone is bad. Frustrating.

@snickr, I believe it. Showalter was on the bill the rest of the weekend's shows, but my friend Jessica, the bigger Black fan of our pair, wanted to go, and Sunday was the only day that worked for both of us. Then she had car trouble and couldn't make it tonight. Dumb luck, but I'm glad she was spared the potential disappointment.

I've trashed the preferences and the app, re-downloaded, and still nothing. It logs in to my account just fine, but once I click "Start backup", it "finishes" immediately without downloading anything. I'd like to think I'm overlooking something simple, but I don't think so.
