Hi Mitzu, this has more benefits. Same with their Tsuya serum, it targets you to have "Tsuya skin"- healthy glowing skin. It's also more moisturizing. Other UV underbase targets other skin conditions like oily, sallow, etc.

actually, if you have very light hair, they don't advise having the steam bond service. depends on how healthy your hair is eh... they will diagnose your hair first :)

Thanks, but i actually have dark circles too. :) Well, Cinema Secrets concealer is way more expensive compared to this. I would say, for the price, Revlon Age Defying concealer is definitely a good buy. :) Cinema Secrets concealer has heavier coverage though, so it's definitely for those who need ultimate concealing under the eyes and for blemishes.
