When upgrading firmwares, is there an option to actually update the baseband?
I've got an unlocked iPhone 3G so I don't mind having baseband updates.

Instead of using Twitterfeed, I skip that step and bring it straight into FriendFeed. Without it, I would've missed all of my Twitter @replies especially when Twitter doesn't classify a tweet as a reply if the @username isn't at the start of the tweet.

I suppose that's fair, you wouldn't want to download pictures which are 2MB while you're browsing on the mobile anyway.

Perhaps there's an option if we were to upload large resolution photos that a medium sized (640*480) thumbnails would be shown instead with a hyperlink to the original? Or even if the photo was just scaled down by the server to that size.

I was testing out the resolutions before the tweet about picture uploading and I was able to post 2 MP pictures but not 5 MP.

Is there still a limit imposed?

It's also stupid because if you open another website then your Gtalk session is closed and it will refresh when you return to it.

That means you pretty much have to stay there and not do anything else.

It's what we call our broadband over here. The ads claim it's "unlimited" broadband but we have limits on how much we can download, once we reach those download limits we get capped to speeds similar to dial-up for the rest of the month.

Expensive? Depends on how much
you're allowing yourself to download each month and also our speeds aren't all too quick either.

It was connected to the landline which is also what my broadband is connected to. The rotary phone had interference since it's such an antique that it was slowing down my throughput download speeds.
