I've seen a doctor touting the efficacy of penis enlargement pills on an infomercial. She had some really insulting things (in my rather uninformed opinion, since I don't have a penis, small or otherwise) to say. I've stopped expecting too much from professionals.

AddThis is pretty big, so Tumblr ought to be on that list. Then again, maybe they classified it as blog software. I don't see Wordpress or Blogger in there. Which, really, would be a big plus for those who want to be bookmarked.

Oh, good god. "Psycho" is the right word. I went to the L.A. County Fair this past weekend and had to dodge people handing out fliers and bibles in nearly every aisle. Even leaving, I was chased (wtf?!) by two old men with 'Yes on Prop 4' pamphlets and you're-going-to-burn-in-hell attitudes.

My response to each and every query was an affronted, "No, of course I'm not interested. I'm a woman." It's repellent (and kinda scary) how venomous people—who have approached you, mind you—get over even polite refusals. And they used up my civility quota a long time ago.

Veronique! I'm glad you liked the note, too. I usually print, and try to do it meticulously, but like I mentioned, it was dark. Even so, I was trying really hard to make it legible. If I'd written naturally, neither of you would've been able to make heads or tails of it. Me, either, probably! And you know, a before-and-after sample set of your handwriting would be a cool adjunct in documenting your treatment. I'd love to see the differences.
