Moving back to the platform does not seem to be the goal. Lengthening the existing customer base usage is an immediate benefit.

While we see a lot leave, we see a lot staying for apps and moving mail

The only thing missing from that argument is that they are not updating the on premises versions, have no migration tool or plan and are forcing all immediate bids to be cloud only when the end customer was expecting and asked for on premises
Now some may be sold to move but that is quite the jump in the middle of sales cycles no?

The old content required SocialBizUG registration (but yes was then free to everyone). I imagine the new community going into DeveloperWorks may have some of that. But not guaranteed yet

Thank you for reading and watching the review. I was not overwhelmed in many ways by this product as a solution. There was quite a few things they need to improve to make it recommended
