Hi,

Custom events are high on our list.

Currently you can do that to some extent using Heyzap Viral, i.e. you can fire custom events and see stats for them (you can suppress the viral popup if you don't want that)

Full support of custom events with time tracking, uniques, funnels etc are on the Analytics road map. Let us know if you try it out and tell us what you think, it is trivial to drop in to games.

Yes, reactions does work with shortened URLs. There is a current bug where reactions won't show if you change your article permalink. We're working on fixing this.

This is due to a privacy setting with Facebook.

Of course. If nothing is set, Gravatars will always be used if available.

This usually means that no reactions have been found. Sometimes they do get backed up, so that may be a reason. Let me look into it for you.
