I actually e-mailed around to request this translation and I found out that it was never completed. I could not find English manga in Tenri City, but I will see if I can get a translator to complete what's online and I will update my blog if that gets done.

Well, Russ, now you know why the MSN video is so awful. It was created by a code monkey highly trained in selective perception, so that he sees everything he does as a selfless and beautiful gift to the world given all those elements "beyond his control". Using his state-of-the-art MSN-issued blinders, he can read an entire blog post, and apparently comprehend that several complaints are being made, without understanding that these complaints have a logical basis. Rather, he has been trained to work in a bureaucracy governed by complete illogic, and do his work without questioning any of the absurd requirements handed to him such as the use of Silverlight. He is therefore content to serve as a well-oiled cog in the shit machine that is the NBC Olympic coverage.

Art does not need to be "understood". Art is not a Rubik's Cube. Art is a measure of skill and craft. I don't "understand" music; if I do, it's an intellectual bonus.

Do you recall what the "turd" sculpture was titled?

This is my point. The sculpture says nothing by itself. A good sculpture tells you exactly what it is, like the Italian one.
