Great Podcast...I would stick to "issues" and avoid "people" who are trying to get attention. It is tempting but why bother?

True. Having dealt with government on many different levels, I think it is a big deal. Government interference (I am laize faire) can hinder and when it comes to technology you can forget legislation being able to keep pace- especially in the era we are entering- quantum computing, AI, etc.

What is the downside? Performance marketing is a great way for small, niche creators to monetize their real estate or for small, niche merchants to sell and expand. Taxes like this create undue burdens.

Why is small good? Diversity. Diversity. Diversity and innovation.

Imagine a world with a monopoly controling the operating system...oh wait...imagine MSFT getting into the loyalty game....oh wait....

Peter I think the PMA is one of the better efforts I have seen to move the industry onward and upward and after 10 years I have seen about every attempt. I think it is a good place to start- I intend to get behind it full force and measure.

a) If it would have been any lady in particular there would have been a problem. Indicative of the "if it effects me" mentality.

b) I guess I am on another Planet, I wasn't aware of this type of tripe posting, and having spent a long time pursuing some of the more unsavory elements, and I do mean unsavory, - I simply fail to grep this entirely.

c) I wouldn't even jest about things like this.
