It's not immediately clear if it would be a daily or weekly show though if it makes it past pilot stage. Daily might be tough to fill.

Re: Fort Hood Shootings: News Orgs Put Twitter Lists to the Test

I did see the coverage - at the time of my post, it was in "suspended" status so I left it off (the article is also about lists specifically) and then had to drive from Virginia to New York ... in any event, updated now.

Re: Fort Hood Shootings: News Orgs Put Twitter Lists to the Test

please stop

Re: New Moon Takes Over MySpace

Yeah, I do agree that it's fitting. "middleman" might be more appropriate. Even in the Google implementation, you end up buying the tracks on iTunes or Amazon. MySpace just has the streaming catalog and will get a cut when purchases occur through it's potentially soon-to-be-vast distribution network (Google and potentially Facebook and MSN).

Re: Walmart Caskets: Buy Your Final Resting Place Online

lol!

Re: Walmart Caskets: Buy Your Final Resting Place Online

sure why not :-) changed

Re: Droid Phone Arrives November 6th on Verizon

hah, Cloverfield, that's the reference I was looking for

Re: Lawyers + iPhone Ad + Illegal Immigration = What on Earth Is LawFirms.com Thinking?

well said

Re: Lawyers + iPhone Ad + Illegal Immigration = What on Earth Is LawFirms.com Thinking?

As I say in the conclusion, I think the ad is offensive to both sides of the debate

Re: Choosing the Right Social Media Tools for Your Business [Video]

heh, agreed ... it was a lot to cram into such a short video!

Re: Monitoring Your Industry With Social Media [Video]

thanks :-) it was quite outside my usual box but pleased how it came out!

Re: Obama Family Portrait Posted to Flickr

Yep, that is how flickr works... but on any mashable article, how does one enlarge the image? For example, the Photos application works differently for each. The Photo app on Pages allows admins and fans to post photos into the Page's photo albums. The Photo app in Groups allows members to post to a group photo album directly, too. But it also lets you link in photos from your own albums to the group. This way, you don't have two copies of the photos, each with separate tags and comments. Another difference is that an admin posting to a Page has the post show as "from" the Page itself, whereas admin posts to a group still show up from the admin himself. Lastly, Facebook restricts Page creation more than Group creation. Our intramural kickball team is name "Ballz Deep." I could create a Group but not a Page for the team due to Facebook's restrictions on Page names.

Re: Facebook Groups Finally Getting a Makeover

It does sorta seem like adding an "everyone can post" option to Pages would be basically the same thing as Groups at this point.
