Thanks Phil. And yes, it's true - you can use a TM on a provisional basis during the application process but it is *not* set in stone until approved by USPTO which is many months after the initial application. Hence, why you need more than one name up your sleeve!

This is great - and I'm also wondering if there is something similar to Donor's Choose (especially as a fundraising graphic/tool/widget like you have posted) for other non-profit organizations? Are you aware of any?
