Enterprise Ethereum Alliance announcement later this month with 200+ companies being announced as joining. Raiden state channels later this month (big scalability upgrade), ENS domain service launched last week and major protocol upgrade to "Metropolis" happening in June maybe. The earlier EEA announcement that had Microsoft, Intel, JP Morgan and others was the main reason for the huge price increase in March in my opinion.

Obviously the author has never played Black Ops and doesn't know what they are talking about. All of those features already exist in Black Ops so what is the subscription service for?

Why does technology and the internet in general always get this kind of negative attention? Whether it's video game violence, sexual predators or internet addiction. Why does technology always get blamed when these are all related to vices that already existed? These are old issues just being expressed through a new media. When will the day come when people realize these aren't internet or technology problems - they are just problems. When it comes to kids, these are parenting problems. It's not the responsibility of Myspace or other social networks to babysit children. The blogosphere isn't blame for letting blogging consume your life. It's those people's personal choice. One that leaves their lives out of balance which leads to health and personal problems. But again no one's putting a gun to their head while they pound out their latest post.

I don't know how they could do this, if they offered that much space to everyone for free, I don't think even all their servers could handle the demand.

I already hardly ever check Myspace or Facebook, I'm on FriendFeed the most and as soon as something else comes along that is better I will migrate there. Most of my friends are left behind in my last social network but that's ok because I can still keep track of them through rss on my new favorite site. I think they will evolve and the boundaries between them will get very blurry as time goes by.
