Sorry, the widgets aren't marked for translation yet. The reason the tabs are too small is because of a general li -13px right-margin on your stylesheets for that part of the page.

The reason your comment went through is because you're a moderator of the site. Comments from moderators never get blocked. As for kkkk's post, it looks from the database like that one got approved by you somehow. Is that a possibility? Perhaps from the email or the web admin interface? I've tried writing comments similar to kkkk's, but they all get blocked.

For some reason the export file from your site doesn't contain any comments. Were you using normal WP comments before?

Is it possible that the 2k unsynced comments are spam comments? We don't import those into the Disqus database. I've added you as a translator for Lithuanian, so you should be able to access the interface at http://disqus.com/translate/. (Notify translation@disqus.com when your work there is ready.)

For the Facebook Connect problem, we're releasing a fix in the next day or two. Until then, you could allow comments from "Anyone" on this page as a workaround: http://disqus.com/admin/permissions/

For the trackbacks issue, this is also a bug. You need to access the native WP admin page. From the Disqus admin page that you get sent to (within Wordpress) remove "page=disqus" from the URL.

I'll look into the comment-count issue.

And finally, no, you can only get notified of comments that are replies to yours.

Seems like you've hit a lot of problems at once. Sorry about that.

Disqus plugin does not show any later version, version number is: 2.11.4349.

On that Notiifcations tab, the checkbox reads as if they will only get emails if someone hits the 'Reply' link below a comment of theirs. This is not the same as getting an email every time a new comment is added to a post. Does it do that? (send an email every time a new comment is added to the post)

Registered users can check the setting at http://disqus.com/account/notifications/. Regarding your other questions, can you first make sure that your Disqus plugin is upgraded to the latest version? I think that might fix at least the first problem.
