Guys, you can use .NET on OS X and Linux using Mono (http://www.go-mono.com) I have use it myself (I can give u a hand, just for the fun of it, hint* hint*)

The main idea is that you could use GTK# to develop the GUI and reuse your .Net lib, which is great on top of that there are biding with cocoa (cocoa#) which means that you will have a great look and feel on all 3 platforms. Well actually even better since mono runs on most *Unix.

Another thing you could use is allow extension to the GUI through Mono.Addins which is a great extension lib that is really easy to use (I have also experience on that so you can give you some help) .

You approach is great and you I completely agree with using .Net, specially 'cause you can start use you lib for webpages (ASP), Linux, OS X, BSD.

Well, Steve we both know you are a Apple fan boy :P... My app should work on Mac OS X too, but I have to get the Cocoa bindings work. I like Omni products.. but my girlfriend has "stolen" my MacBook and I'm stuck with the HUGE vaio.

Not idea, it looks like we are testing it quite well :). Do you have a blog, if you do let me know, that way I can find out how are you doing :), and if we ever need to network it would be easier :)

You are right, CPanel is not free (thank god I don't usually buy things until I see they work) and Webmin is great for what I wanted. So far I have set a couple of VHosts which is something I have found problems with when I try to do it manually. Now I just have to get ASP.NET and Apache working without hating each other :)

Do you have to an special restaurant for that? When I went to the states I could just find the normal American food (not that I cared, I went to the states to know more about the everyday living) unless I went to a Latin restaurant.

The one in Spain is made of tigernuts, while I think that Mexicans use rice or morro, let me know if you've tried both, I'd love to know which one is better.

Got a friend who has done Law &Economics that wanted to do something like tat for OpenSorce licenses, where you can choose the freedoms and other details of the license and the system will write a correct license for you, you guys should meet :)

And yes, Britons have a problem with CCTVs, they are everywhere!!! and the worst thing is when you see the camera following you in for example Oxford Rd, Manchester :(
