1 hour of cardio every day (30 minutes in the morning before breakfast and 30 minutes at night), and 1 hour of weights every day. On the weekends I do a bit more cardio (1:30 to 2 hours). I also stopped eating crap, and I replaced dinner with a protein shake.

Generally, you could say so; but, in light of so many other situations and circumstances that came before that decision, it was for the best. It has proven to be the honest and correct thing to have done when I consider the way in which her situation has brought about much grief and strife to those who have remained within her orbit.

I have sometimes viewed the signature thing as akin to the way in which J. Mays is referred. He is a well known designer who goes by a first initial. Maybe it's silly, but I found it to be of greater interest than just going by Jason. :)

As for #15...I just hope you are happy; regardless of that situation.

to JA: for some reason when i write my signature, i spell the "Ann" as "Anne." I don't know why. I must have decided to do that at some point and it stuck.

It's a rivalry game...who isn't going to want to score as many points against a hated rival? I think it's much ado about nothing. Same for the UGA celebration last year. Being a Gator fan and alum, it irked me when they did it; for about 2 seconds! Then I thought it was a brilliant play by Richt to get his team in the game and keep their boot on the Gators throats. Again, it's a rivalry game and you're playing to the fans and to their emotions (plus, it makes a great storyline).

Lastly, until there is a playoff system or a better ranking mechanism in place, higher scores will be had whenever possible. After all, it is still a beauty contest to get into the BCS championship game!

This is an intriguing post Dawn; one that I appreciate you making. I have had a varied upbringing that has covered similar ground...living on food stamps, family addictions to drugs & alcohol, manufactured home living (all with their wheels still attached!), etc. While much of this did not include such traumatic elements as your own, I wholly relate to the questions of how does one share such experiences and how does it define us or the way in which we are perceived?

I look at "trying to pass" as defying categorization. My past experiences are not the final testament to my character or my abilities. How I carry myself and how I function in society should be the true determination of who I am; even if I were living in home with wheels.

I am not sure this really makes sense or helps further your discussion of this topic, but I felt compelled to share. I appreciate your posting this and thank you for it.
