Thanks so much for this find. I'll update the article with these instructions. I've already tried it and confirmed that that "Invalid Address" dialog is indeed gone!

BTW, I found no traces of your comment from yesterday. Nothing in spam folder either.

I really like what TV.com and clicker.com are doing for organizing web tv content. With so much content out there, these are the curators we've been talking about for so long.

Can't wait for one of them (or a newcomer) to implement what I envisioned years ago as the "Google TV Dashboard" (http://red66.com/2006/04/google-media/).

That's a great list of missing features... I wrote this when the original 3G iPhone came out... Now it's the 3GS and still most of them are missing. I'm thinking of turning your comment into a guest post.

I also got a chance to meet his charming wife and one of his sons...he had the audience of about 400+ ppl roaring with laughter and got to see the new Olympus EP-1 before it became public...it was one of gadgets he talked about, along with the MiFi, and others.

Ron, let me know how this works for you on a daily basis. How large is your distribution list? I currently use it several times a day with a list of twelve and it works like a charm.

I've seen a 13th floor in lots of places -- even my apartment building. Seems silly not to note it -- just means those on the 14th floor are really on the 13rd ;)

I see two quick ways to create a more graphical twitter:

1. A twitter client (twhirl, tweetdeck, etc) that interprets each incoming link and displays it appropriately, using the client's cpu and connection.

2. A greasemonkey script that does the same for the web client, perhaps using an IFRAME control or some more elaborate logic to inject the resulting object into the web client's twitterstream.
