I don't know... sometimes I like nothing more than picking up my desktop PC and leaning it on a jaunty angle for my friends to see. It's really awkward because they then have to tilt their heads to see the content properly.

I think this will save many a sore neck in my household!

I rarely search Google at all. My homepage is http://uk.ask.com/ but I usually search from the address bar using Opera's search shortcuts.

It means anyone with a Facebook or Twitter account can comment on your blog; otherwise they'd have to sign up to Disqus. :)

What with this and the Microsoft Office water-slide viral going round; they all seem to be using a mix of CGI and the sort of stuff that the guys who made A Normal Day have been doing.

Basically, I've seen it all before - and this time round, it's not so impressive.

I think Apple need to be pulled up on this by someone; Microsoft get accused all the time of unfair practice - a fine example is being criticized for having Internet Explorer installed as the default browser on Windows and there being no way to completely uninstall this.

I'd love to see Opera Mini on the Apple iPhone. I believe Opera Software have a working version for the iPhone, but they won't submit it to the App Store because it violates Apple's terms when it comes to matching their competing product of Safari web browser.

Sweet! I can't help but wonder why the tutor can't be bothered planning a proper lesson. "Kids, today... we are... looking at photos on flickr?"

One of my college tutors was very much like that and came in one day (you could tell he was blatently hung over) and made us all "weave... twigs... into... plastic bottles".

We spent a whole hour collecting twigs from outside the college and unsuccessfully weaving them through plastic bottles before the tutor announced "this clearly isn't working. next week we'll move onto something else."
