This is BS. Why go after a blogger??? Is this a scheme to get back some of the bailout money they gave away?
They should fine the company and not the blogger. I wonder if this will effect affiliate marketers too.
I guess I'll have to use a Canadian address for my blogs.

How will Twitter make money?
What people fail to see is that Twitter has a "real-time" search. How long does it take for Google to pick up on something after it is posted unless it is aggregated news it takes a long time.
The twitter search is amazing. I use it to find out what people are saying about certain movies or restaurants.
I can honestly see Twitter using their search to generate a massive amount of money in no time.
There are millions of Twitter users who don't even know that Twitter has a separate page for search.

Most teens I talk to think that Twitter is boring. But I have noticed that it's starting to pick up a bit. Most of the trending topics on the Twitter search are started from Teens. The past 7 days there have been trending topics on teen "heart throbs" like the Jonas Brothers and Solja Boy.

I would love to see more movies filmed here, but Ohio won't give filmmakers a tax break. There is a Matt Damon movie being filmed in Michigan because Ohio doesn't like the film industry.

Thanks for all of your comments. In all honesty, I really think that the 2009 stimulus check should be over 25k. Do you really think that a 600 dollar check is going to stimulate the economy?

I hope that the White House sees this idea and really gives everyone 50 thousand dollars. Don't worry about inflation. We are in a period of deflation. If everyone got a stimulus check worth this much, everybody could buy cars, houses, tv and pay off some bills. This is the only way to stimulate the economy.

It's either this way or get ready to grab a shovel and start building more highways so we can drive more cars that we can't afford because credit is frozen. - Sometimes the simplest solution is the best.

They should have consulted their PR agencies before they flew into Washington. (Their pitch sucks.)
I really don't think government should bailout these guys. You can give these companies billions, but it's not going to make us buy their cars. They definitely need to rebrand.

I do think that people who are thrifty would save some of the money. Others who are not well schooled in finance would blow that money in a matter of months.
I really think that it would be a great idea.
I can't believe that our Government is going to give billions to the auto industry. For what? Who is going to buy their cars? Some of these companies are going to have to fail in order to change the way they do business.

When people got sick of reading in the dark, along came the lightbulb. When people were sick of riding horses, along came the train and the automobile.

The internal combustion engine is over 100 years old. Companies need to suffer in order to innovate.

We are pumping billions of dollars in Iraq a month. There GDP is better than ours because we have so much money flowing into Iraq. I say we make them pay us back for the reconstruction using some of that black gold. It's an idea.

Thanks Wendee. The only reason that they let me vote with a "real ballot" was because I printed up the information from the Secretary of State's Office. When I hear the term "provisional ballot" I cringe. I know they don't count those votes until all of the information is verified by the county. That could take over two weeks. (So in my opinion after they declare a winner, your ballot still sits in a warehouse.)
