Although I do not talk about money ... you bring up a good point about scholarships ... but what good are they when Hispanics students cannot take advantage of them?

I merely make the assertion that yes ... you can blame Hispanics students for their shortcoming but at the end of the day it is the State of Texas that has failed them ... is it no wonder that our Education Level is ranked so low out of all the 50 states? Who do you blame the students or the institution?
You sir .... have a limited, narrow, ignorant point of view and it would help you to expand your world and understand that this is a bigger issue than "Hispanics" not studying hard enough.

Thanks for the clarification and I agree with you ... an unsecure border is an issue at hand but the demand would still override a secure border ... you cannot institute a border that is "secure" in which drugs are in demand and expect to see the demand die down.

Last time I checked ... a plane can manage to fly over a"secure" border ... a border that has a fortified electric wall with a moat from Texas to California filled with alligators and [insert animal of your choice] and 24/7 border patrol at every .25 miles

A "secure" border is but an illusion that can never be achieved.

Sorry you FAIL ... how can you state that the Plaintiff does not have to prove that she was coerced? Her allegations are not considered facts until they are proven ... remember the Golden Rule: You are Innocent until you are proven Guilty.

Apparently you did not actually read the court documents and have come up with your own legal opinion without considering the facts.

Let me remind folks that 90% of lawsuits are settled out of court so perhaps this may not even reach the court room and thus arguments will never be necessary.

Actually the burden is on the Plaintiff to prove that she was coerced to provide this password ... if that cannot be established than everything else is irrelevant. As a Plaintiff, your allegations are not automatically accepted as the truth until you can prove the facts of the case.

Once the Plaintiff can prove that she was coerced then there is a burden that the act caused everything else. I find this to be an act that will hard to overcome if the School District provides competent counsel to the defendants which I do not doubt.

Not sure what to say ... I did my best to convey to others how to perform this tutorial and it seems that a large percentage of managed to follow along.

Did you reset it as I originally state that you must? If you have any questions along the tutorial let me know so I may clarify. For example you should have two Ethernet cords ... one connected to AE and one to DSL modem.

Performance difference ... I am not sure but security wise I have read that WEP is more secure.

You are correct ... Locke cannot seek additional funds from those individuals but I will note ... that does not stop them from having their "children" or "spouses" from maxing out as well. Unfortunately, we still have weak laws when it comes to campaign finance even at the local level.
