I just got a Chromebook PLUS (Asus CX 34) and I can't "find" chrome://flags/#lacros-only on the Asus although I had already switched to Lacros on my Acer Spin 713.
I am on Version 119.0.6045.212 on both devices.

I just got an Acer Chromebook Spin 713 for less than $400 because it was refurbished by Acer, but it looks like it's never been used so you can get a very good Chromebook for much less than $1000!
