Unfortunately, we weren't able to drive to the base of Crazy Horse's head—it's still under active work, so I think they don't want random visitors around when they blow things up. Apparently, though, if you donate something like $250 (or more), you can actually get a bus ride up to where the construction is taking place, right under the head!

Your contacts may have been synced to Google from Address Book, or by syncing your iPhone with iTunes.

(I'm not in OS X right now, unfortunately, so I can't say exactly where the preferences to enable the syncing are, but I think the one in Address Book is in its Preferences somewhere, and I think the iTunes/iPhone one is on the "Info" tab of the iPhone section in iTunes.)

As far as I know, all you need to do is have two (or more) mail accounts on the phone to see that option when you compose a new message. If you have that and it's still not working, let me know, and I'll see if I can help figure out what's wrong.

You can get more information about Apple TV at Apple's web site. In short, though, the Apple TV is a piece of equipment that you hook up to an HDTV. And you don't need any computer to use it; if you have a Mac or PC, it will sync with your iTunes Library, but, otherwise, it can download and play content on its own.
