This is true, plus it's a more narrow audience than the current events news of Colbert and Stewart. It's not immediately clear if it would be a daily or weekly show though if it makes it past pilot stage. Daily might be tough to fill.

I actually wrote this post over a year ago (5-17-08 to be precise) so the site has undergone many changes since then. Onle of the last changes I made was to go with a very light theme with no CSS so that people could choose their own font via their browser preference.

However, that doesn't mean I'm not using *any* plugins now.. In fact, I currently have 33 active plugins, including: Add to Any, Akismet, All In One SEO, Disqus and more.

Hm, I could probably stand to get rid of some of the older ones, though.

I did see the coverage - at the time of my post, it was in "suspended" status so I left it off (the article is also about lists specifically) and then had to drive from Virginia to New York ... in any event, updated now.

The plan is great but the phones that it works on are very disappointing.
Sure I have unlimited data but it's difficult to use. I doubt my plan is the
reason Sprint is in trouble; it was only available for a small period of
time to people referred by a Sprint employee. If it were a problem they'd
have no issue with me dropping my contract (or they would have done it for
me already).

Martin, glad to hear you like Google Reader. I also know Feedly well,
and enjoy that product. I was the first ever to write about Feedly,
and have covered the service several times since its launch last June.

I can't speak officially for Google, but assume they may have a licensing agreement for the OS or apps to each mobile carrier? Maybe I should Google it. :)

The likelihood of Apple giving Android access to the iPhone, given their revenue on iTunes, is pretty close to zero. :) But I like your different approach.

Exactly. Amusingly, this morning a friend was trying to convince
another friend of mine (who happens to work at Apple) that someone he
knew had purchased the new mini iPhone from Apple while in Japan, and
that it had a keyboard. The Apple employee simply held out his iPhone,
and said "there is only one iPhone."

While he was clearing up the young man's delusion, it had me thinking,
there is only one iPhone. There will be many other Droids - lower case
or upper case.
