As a college student heading into my final year I am willing to admit I love to hear honest, balanced critiques on a daily basis. I have always learnt from my mistakes.

However I do think we need to be preparing young people earlier on in life for the harsh reality of the real world. We cannot afford to shelter them until they leave university/college.

Marcella, of course burnout is a major issue for me to consider. It is part of a constant battle I fight when I aim to push beyond my limits but not be overwhelmed by stress and inertia. It is not easy but I am slowly but surely acknowledging the power of sustainable personal growth. :)

I believe that we learn more when we push ourselves to our limits and beyond.

In my personal experience the learning curve for any skill has always been a challenge I have embraced. I take on these challenges because I know that there will be a hugely rewarding experience on the other side once I have mastered the skill.

I am ready to sacrifice countless hours to reach my goal. I wouldn't change that mentality and focus for the world.

I am excited to hear you have big plans for the company.

During conversations with Marcella I have learnt about the roadblocks a Nicaraguan business can sometimes face. You work in and amongst such a unique community which I am sure provides some highly unique challenges. So it is so rewarding to learn that you are having a positive impact on behalf of Nicaragua, that is truly inspiring!

Marcella, I never knew that you had a similar beginning in blogging to me. That's a massive inspiration to see that you can start from the mind numbingly boring blogging and become as successful as you are.

I totally agree that we should learn from others and rely on others to guide us in the right direction (Marcella - You are obviously one of my guides who I trust to point me in the right direction!)

This post is full of the ever present passion and honesty that I have come to love about your blog.

All too often people who want to launch a business or work on something special get discouraged when they meet highly passionate and extroverted people who constantly enthuse about things.

As you have shown in this article, passion is all about committing, no matter what, to achieving goals and making sure you stay focused on achieving the important objectives.

I hope this article gets a lot of attention because it has such valuable lessons in it. Thanks for a great article Marcella.

Kirsten, I firmly believe we all need to commit to writing once a day no matter what. It may not be something you publish online, but it could just be something as simple as a journal entry or a short story. It really helps me to keep the creative idea process in motion. :)
