Unfortunately, jabber transport doesn't support video chat. There is an open source msn client out there, http://www.amsn-project.net/

I haven't used it, so if you give it a try - let me know how it works out.

no i didn't use any other software... Pro 9000 uses USB Video Class (UVC), it's natively supported by OSX 10.4.3 or later.

That's a really good question, unfortunately I don't have an answer. The left fan on my macbook pro is acting up and it's driving me bonkers. Until I get it fixed (later this week), I refuse to use it.

I understand what you're saying. It's either too strict or too flexible depending on the situation. You end of spending a lot of time thinking, planning, contexting & filing -- instead of doing. I am not sure if that's entirely my fault or the nature of the work that I do.

I don't have a problem so much with the calendar (lots of meetings), but the context based system seems too cumbersome for me. Being a project based guy, I like to do a, b, c, d - rather than doing all the a's at once, then all the b's and so on.

I've tried to stick with it and have fallen off the bandwagon numerous times only to pick it back up. It's a good system for being able to start again and pound through a couple of days of uber productivity and then drop it again. Probably not the best strategy, but it's the one I have been using.

If it isn't GTD, then what? Do we need a new system? What does that look like? Keep thinking and keep writing and I'll keep reading.

Oh and by the way, do you have a good recipe for Snickerdoodle?

I am carrying two phones now, the iPhone & the Blackberry Bold. I made the decision that instead of trying to have one device that could do everything, I would pick two that were the best in their fields. I am working on a follow-up post to recap my decision making process.

Thanks Brad for the reply, I'm ordering the fine points based on your recommendation. I will let you know how I fair with the stylus model. Since Fisher has "a 100% guarantee" policy, I figured it was worth a test drive.

I think you might be right. I love Twitter, but they if they can't keep it together I am going to have to give up. They've also messed with the API rate limit, now Twhirl updates less often, if I don't get rate limit exceeded.

Great point and something that wasn't mentioned in the lifehacker review. The integrated search feature only let's you search feed titles. This is only cool if you have a zillion feeds and you only want to read something from a certain feed. It doesn't have the capability to find that great article you read 2 weeks ago about the singing cat.
