That would be 6 months of your life doing the same handful of workouts. There are probably more efficient ways.

Re: It’s that time of year…

My survival instructor says: A good bit of advice which no one really show, is once you have removed it, place it in a zip lock bag and put the name (yours not the ticks) date and area that you think you got it. Then if you start to feel ill the tick can be tested, this can also work for your animals.

Re: Meatstravaganza 2011 Recap

I propose we do this again later in the summer.

Re: I Miss My Blog.

Hey Tania, I knew it was you ;) And yeah, you are right. People are forgiving. I've been online for a long time. Mistakes are bound to happen. Nobody is perfect, and I am more an advocate of transparency than total privacy lock down. The way I see it is, anybody/company who would stake their decision on whether me, or anybody else, is a good fit with them based on something they saw/read on the internet automatically disqualifies me from their books and them from mine. So its a mutual gain :)

Re: I Miss My Blog.

Thanks, Kevin! The pages should serve faster now but some things might not refresh properly like if you connect through Facebook it may not say so immediately, or if a comment is added it may not show that right away. Still, the improved performance should benefit all.

Re: Real simple syndication not so simple… Or is it?

Guys I don't know what happened. All fixed :)

Its because you aren't signed up for disqus, so you can't edit your post. Its considered anonymous even though you have the convenience of logging in with your fb account. I'm sure they'll fix that one of these days. Or maybe its a feature, I don't know.

Re: I’m having an affair…

you can't edit your post when you login to facebook. hahah awesome!

Re: I’m having an affair…

Hey dude, welcome back!

Advice to you: This site is now public. Google likes this site, it is easy for it to crawl. Chances are what you say here will show up in Google FOREVER. Good idea to modify your comment.

Don't believe me? Google your name. My site shows up on front page. Plus... I have NO idea what you are talking about =P Do not tarnish my name on the internet!

Re: Be Your Own Guru

Word!
