Sounds like you have a case of an old dog that won't learn new tricks. It's hard to get rid of that smugness. I would mostly suggest having him listen to his calls and try to emphasize with the person on the other end. Maybe with some careful shadowing with a more sympathetic associate.

Just sounds like he needs to get refreshed and see things through new eyes.

In my field, a good service experience retains business and leads to further business. That's a win win. Companies need to focus on putting the best people on their own front lines.

Good point. It helps to know what we want by placing that call and to know policies in advance too. It's hard but not impossible.

One last snippet below and a point. It's all political. That's my whole point. People are quick to call people concerned about the speech bumpkins, but when an opposing President did the same thing, they were also quick to order investigations against him for daring to grandstand to children. Here's the snippys:

House Democrats criticized President Bush yesterday for using Education Department funds to produce and broadcast a speech that he made Tuesday at a Northwest Washington junior high school.

The Democratic critics accused Bush of turning government money for education to his own political use, namely, an ongoing effort to inoculate himself against their charges of inattention to domestic issues. The speech at Alice Deal Junior High School, broadcast live on radio and television, urged students to study hard, avoid drugs and turn in troublemakers.

"The Department of Education should not be producing paid political advertising for the president, it should be helping us to produce smarter students," House Majority Leader Richard A. Gephardt (D-Mo.) said. "And the president should be doing more about education than saying, 'Lights, camera, action.' "
Two House committees demanded that the department explain the use of its funds for the speech, an explanation that Deputy Secretary David T. Kearns provided late in the day in a letter to Rep. William D. Ford (D-Mich.), chairman of the House Education and Labor Committee. Education Secretary Lamar Alexander was out of town. [...]

Rep. Patricia Schroeder (D-Colo.), chairwoman of the Select Committee on Children, Youth and Families, said it was outrageous for the White House to "start using precious dollars for campaigns" when "we are struggling for every silly dime we can get" for education programs.

Rep. Martin Frost (D-Tex.) said that if Bush feels obliged to use government funds to hire outside consultants "to make him look good," then he should fire some of the public relations experts on the White House payroll. "Then the president might be more sympathetic to unemployment benefits," Frost said, referring to Bush's threat to veto legislation to extend benefits.

That's the biggest difference between Reno and Vegas. You can still break the bank gambling, but it won't cost as much to eat in Reno.

I like the lighting, it gives a gothic feel when I first looked at it. I think it's artsy enough, especially with the colors.

I would be ready for the cop to right me up anyway. I would be willing to hire an attorney and fight it with the judge. Maybe get my case heard before the Virginia Supreme Court and let them decide that tweetin' ain't textin'

Being a driver on Virginia's roads, I'm also curious why the law went after texters and not the oblivious morons that are talking on their cell phones while driving and yelling at their children in the backseat.

Plus I don't think the law says anything about tweeting. Texting and tweeting are two different things technically if you have a smart phone.

This is the second review I've read on Wolverine and they both carry the exact same theme. So thank you for sparing me the time and expense of watching it.

Was this movie aimed at a different audience altogether? Perhaps children or LA types that never read the comic and just want to see eye candy? I just think this movie which is intended for geek audiences missed it's mark big time, but I have no idea where they were aiming in the first place.
