Are you using the actual Firefox extension or the greasemonkey script? Also, what is the actual address to the Google Reader you are using?

You can fix #2 pretty easily....feel free to use it hosted on my server, or host it yourself (code @ http://www.copytaste.com/zb3ca0o1)

The problem is actually not a "google reader address", the URL format is because RWW uses Feedburner. StumbleUpon should really be the one checking for that sort of thing as it is the end product.

Thank you but unfortunately it is still not working after deleting gReader and adding 4.3.2 again. I don't know why. You said the comments link should appear in every feed regardless if its blog uses Disqus. This is how it looks like here with v. 4.3.2

the URL of my Google Reader looks like this http://www.google.de/reader/view/#stream/feed%2... for Gizmodo (no disqus)

btw: Bookmarklets work perfectly.

Update once more (sorry!) to 4.3.2 - I didn't have support for other countries domain names (ie google.de) and I'm guessing that's where our problem is.

You should now see the "Comments" link next to all the others for *every* post, but only Disqus blogs will let you interact (all the others are read-only comments of twitter/friendfeed/wordpress).

hmmm. that's weird. I could only install the plugin with the livehacker instructions but it won't work. I tried several "DISQUS blogs" but I can't see where I can post a comment within the google reader

It's now been updated to work with 3.5 without giving update errors. Thanks for letting me know, I tweaked my Firefox long ago to update all add-ons regardless of compatibility --> http://bit.ly/X3DdK.

Just tried logging in using our corporate account, but was denied access
because "this WebEx version is not compatible with the iPhone". While the app
may be free, it seems like the account must be upgraded.

• LocationBar2 (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/...) --> Grays out non-domain part of address

• Chromifox (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/...) --> Theme that does most of the work

• autohideStatusBar (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/...) --> I stopped using this because it doesn't work well with TwitterFox

It doesn't put the tabs on top like Chrome (tried all the extensions for it too, bad compatibility). It looks great and opens up the viewing area.

It would certainly work well in that case. On plane rides I will make sure and sync it before takeoff. It would have a good chance of taking over daily use of the web-interface if it wouldn't shorten the title on posts. When I'm browsing for something to read I want to see the entire title.

Sorry for the very belated reply...I had to turn off notifications due to spam in this thread. The login is required because Firefox hasn't accepted it as an official add-on yet. You can use bugmenot.com to login if you don't want to create an account yourself.

As for Pings, I've actually already implemented that functionality. It tries a few different obvious trackback URLs to ping the original blog if it is not Disqus-enabled. It doesn't grab all of them, and I was having trouble if just one person commented...so after you comment you might refresh the iframe and see if it sends a ping!

How can Coors be at the top of the worst list?! More importantly, how can anybody be ahead of US Airways. Dollar stores shouldn't count because you know exactly what your getting for the price, and for that matter I think I would pull the red flag on the entire sample group because Arbor Mist is the same way. It's the retail sector's way of giving you the "good, better, best" giving you "value" for whatever you are willing to spend.

this app is simply great! i love it!!!

some suggestions:
1) ADD SEARCH!!!!
2) images on flickr, smugmug and so on should be clickable
3) a page shared on ff with more than one image attached previews only the last image using the on mouse over method
4) add the ability to post something on twitter

- "The icon, name, and activity could all fit on one line, letting you read the content easier". I thing that NOW its easier to read because of a wider blue line that separates the posts
