Strange! I downloaded it directly on iPhone.

You guys should come out with a lite version so that people can demo it. Because it is really great and more people should know about it.

What you are saying is definitely true, the Curve, Storm, and Pearl don't even compare to the iPhone. I agree that no current BlackBerry comes close to being as great as the iPhone, in all respects (keyboard included).

I wouldn't count RIM out of producing a high-end BlackBerry that can compete - apparently they are the world's fastest growing company, http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/08/17/r...

I usually end up keeping a number of posts unread because I don't have time to read them right away, and it gets very annoying. Now with this Instapaper link my Google Reader is all cleaned up!

In the Admin settings in Disqus, a site owner can set it to not display a comment that has received 1, 5, or a custom number of reports.

That would be interesting if they did something like that.

I am a big fan of Apps that integrate with Facebook connect, and would love a way to discover them more easily and find friends who also use them. Integration with the Facebook app would definitely lend a hand in that!

In Google AdWords you can specify if you want to allow your ad on Mobile devices, so any advertiser that knows what they are doing has probably already Allowed/Disallowed this.

I'm not sure why they don't just buy Twitterific and do a Windows equivalent. Integrated into the sign-up and normal use processes for Twitter that would be a great first step.

Don't underestimate Twitter Search either. Ads running results page would be pretty simple to implement and could be contextual based on the search request.

Well, this IS my personal blog not a Tucows corporate one, but given that I was talking about my work week, I guess this is fair game.

Sorry if the tone gave you the impression I don't care about the company - I do. Deeply.

My point was that a lack of meetings was a) rare and b) welcome as having time outside formal meetings to work on bigger stuff was a good thing.

I don't equate "full calendar" with "doing good work" - I think there is very little correlation in fact. I know people who are NEVER out of meetings that I don't think add much value to their organizations and I know some who avoid meetings like the plague who are incredibly valuable.

I had the option of having Disqus going forward or to replace comments everywhere. Because I've only had posts on the last few months and haven't had that many, I decided to just go for it and blow the old ones away.

I've never been big on "threaded" discussions, but Disqus offers it and from looking at other blogs using Disqus it seems to work pretty well.
This is me commenting on a comment rather than directly on a post (as I did above).
