reply by email is really, really nice. It makes keeping up with
comments from a phone so much more possible.

I *think* this thing lets you comment without logging in. I think.

Maybe not. I should probably poke around at it more often. I was just
SOOOOO tired of the Spam I got without it and being able to reply by
email is SOOO useful... that I didn't even think twice about
switching.

Makes perfect sense.

But that's why my comments can't show your name or face, because you've forbidden them from the public.

You could always log in with Twitter instead, then you'd at least have a face. :)

Hmm. I'm not sure I want my profile to be viewable and searchable to people who haven't facebooked me, though. That public/private line that I haven't drawn clearly enough, though for facebook users I think it's just the pictures and the notes that I screen from non friends and peripheral friends.
