It's pretentious, too big and the food was very average. I should probably try it again. I haven't been to Boulevard yet (but i really want to) so I couldn't put it on my list.

about Mezes, it's actually really good and I think it was one of the best meal I had in the city. Now, remember, I'm married to a Greek lady, so I may be influenced there :)

Re: Top 5 restaurants in San Francisco

No Boulevard?! The first time I went there it was absolutely awful. The next few time...not so bad. Now I actually like the tacos when ordered Nick's (crispy) style.

Re: Abita Beer

don't think I have. will have to try it out.

Re: Abita Beer

have you tried chimay grande reserve? it's available at trader's joe

Re: Abita Beer

my favs....fat tire, newcastle, stella, chimay
