About the copy paste issue: we're working hard to improve the editor experience and you'll see changes that address this in the next few months. I understand getting to a ticket template is hard. We'll try seeing if we can make it better as well.

Hi Leonardo, sorry for the inconvenience. Have you already reported the crash from the dialog that pops up? If not, please do it so we can directly look at it from our Play Store console to figure out the cause of the crash.

In addition, would you be able to provide occasional agent credentials to shankarganesh@freshdesk.com from Admin > Agents? This would consume one day pass, but we've already added it from the backend in your account. Once you add me as an agent, I'd be able to login to the app using my credentials and see if it's an account specific issue.

Hi Allison, you can ask your agents to go to their profile settings (they can reach the page by clicking on the avatar on the top right of the page). Near the signature text box, there's an 'Insert Placeholder' button. From the 'Helpdesk' section in the popover that appears, you can pick the appropriate product place holders. I've attached a screenshot :)
