The lick test was done before I ever gave it to Paisley or it got rolled in the grass, much and who knows what else in my yard. :-)

Re: Recapping TEDxSMU 2009

Heee. You were in Dallas, after all. I'm not sure we really get the average person. But we do get silver spoons.

I was a little sad in general that there wasn't more Dallas-specific stuff included. Like, what would change everything for Dallas related to transportation? Or do we really think the Trinity River would change everything? (It better given how much we're spending.) Who are the people changing things in Dallas and why weren't we hearing from them? Granted, this could go back to short time frame, but it couldn't have been that tough to find a couple of them. Even if they were the stock ones like the food bank or Komen. (Nancy Brinker would have been a kick-butt option.)

Granted, there could have been limits placed on local organizers from TED that dictated a lot of what happened there. Overall, just not as inspired, entertained or intrigued the TED brand usually promises to be.

Re: Paisley's review of PlanetDog disc

Thanks, lady! Even if I love you as a person in real life, that doesn't mean I'm interested in what you're choosing to talk about on Twitter. So how does that make me a jerk for not following you back? How does this not fall under the Quid Pro No you talked about a few weeks ago? No reason that shouldn't apply to your Twitter account as well.

Re: Work or do nothing

Not sure how I feel about being grouped in with the rats. :-) But we're all sorry that we're distracting you.
