There's a discussion further down with options to try and I found that changing my configs to this ...

Change the Nginx vhost from:
fastcgi_pass unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock;

To
fastcgi_pass 127.0.0.1:9000;

which matches the listen = in php-fpm.conf

When I tried to use the unix socket by changing the php-fpm.con to match my Nginx config then restarting php5-fpm would fail.

Hope this helps someone else ... I believe their top in app purchase is $3.99 and what number are they on "EVERY" platform?! Oh yea, #1 LOL ...

I don't see how these analyst companies can make blanket claims on data alone. It's just like pundits claiming the top developers are skewing revenue to the point where indie devs don't stand a chance.

Study the market, LEARN what the top companies are doing and emulate their success. Candy Crush is a prime example of a simple concept that has hit it big.

... and, I just realized this article is over a year OLD HA! I wonder where those "Go Big" developers are now?

Re: Woman%26%238217%3Bs+Body+Found+After+Explosion+In%26nbsp%3BGrandview

Such a sad story, thoughts and prayers to the family. It has been my understanding that push notifications have been one of the biggest advantages with native apps vs web apps.

I can understand if this helps a web app integrate push notifications, that makes sense, but can you explain any advantage for native apps. Thank you.

Re: Local App Broker Review: Russel Brunson – Damien Zamora – GoMobile Solutions

Yes, that is correct. Your visitors can see up to 10 apps with 8 of them in your control. You can create more apps than 10, they just won't be visible to your audience. The reason one would opt to create more apps is to set up a semi-private/targeted offer by linking directly to the app that is not visible.

Hope that made sense ... It's important for any business considering social media to at least educate themselves on the options available.

I've never liked the term expert or guru anyway. The speed of change online makes it impossible to master it all. I too (like many others) prefer the term specialist, or strategist.

Contracting a social media specialist may be less expensive than assigning, or hiring a full time employee. When you look at the entire picture of what an employee costs, contracting can have more of a benefit than just dollars.

It all boils down to research, anyone looking to delegate or hire should do their due diligence, just as they would for any other professional they add to their team.

...
