That is ridiculous. Just look at the respective colleges: UCLA for Josh and USF for Cole. Dickerson is a great player, but no where close to where Josh is. Gary Bell is a way better player than Umipig! Has Umpig scored 55 points in any of his games this season? Is Umpig getting recruited by UW, California, and Gonzaga? No. I understand you have a Federal Way bias, but please don't criticize me for not seeing the big picture.

Re: Top 30 High School Basketball Players in Washington State 2/16

The guys on the bottom "Next 20 in" are in no particular order

Re: Top 30 High School Basketball Players in Washington State 2/16

The rankings have a bias against 5th year players

Re: Q and A with Michael Weisner, Walla Walla Forward

Haha, funny how that works out. It's not a fair way to assess them based on their performance against teams out of the state. Their three losses have come against Bainbridge, Beach, and Lakeside. Not bad losses by any means. Why are they above O'Dea? Well Franklin beat O'Dea 55-51, it would be a little ridiculous not to have them above O'Dea. Do I think Capital could beat O'Dea? No. As a result, they are number 25. On the list as a whole, I believe it's pretty accurate, I think the top 10 is pretty good.

Re: Q and A with Brett Kingma, Jackson Guard

Good criticism. I think Kingma has a lot of stuff to work on before we can say he'll be successful in college. Granted, all players must adjust like Gaddy in their first years, some players will adjust faster than others. I've heard lots of players say that Kingma has trouble with taller and more athletic defenders, hard to argue with that. As a result, Kingma will have to start making things happen off the dribble. I envision more of a Raivio than Appleby, but we'll see...

Re: Statewide Basketball Rankings Week 2- Top 25

By me.

Re: Live Game Thread - Montana at UW

Huskies escape Montana.
