I cast my mind back over the past 10 years, even as far as back as the early days of Moz and the likes of Sphinn and recall the wealth of knowledge, expertise, insight and generous sharing you have provided Rand. You've been a true inspiration to the industry, especially for many that have started their careers in marketing and it's hard to think of Moz without you at the helm.

I truly wish you all the best with Sparktoro and I'll be sure to follow its developments with interest.

Thanks for being the SEO pioneer you have been for so long whilst at Moz :)

Checked out Opera Neon today on Windows 7 64bit machine and nothing loads in the content pane whether searching or entering a URL directly. Disappointing. Is it not compatible with Windows 7?

The sample code for <button> when clicked, won't actually do anything as the setLocation has to be combined in the onClick handler...

Brilliant debut for us, sounds quality and was a superb result. I just fear, as I predicted, he will be our saviour on the goal scoring front until January when he returns back to Newcastle and then we'll be back to not being able to put the ball in the back of the net. I just hope there is a chance we can extend the loan until the end of the season or TM lines up another striker that can continue what Adam leaves us with.

Not even Izale McLeod who scored 21 goals for Crawley in League 1 last season? He's proved he's a 20+ goals a season striker so I wouldn't say no...

Granted though, the majority of them aren't 20 goal a season. Some will be lucky if they get 10.

In addition to the typo Paul pointed out, there is also another typo in the config:-

default_type applicaiton/octet-stream;

Should be:-

default_type application/octet-stream;

Failure to fix these typo's will prevent nginx from restarting...

Hey Piers,

Good write-up and thanks for linking to my blog post at Design Haven on the subject.

The 503 error that Paypal claim, which there is no trace of in Magento, is almost always due to a mismatch of data (of course, if Magento is the only sales channel being used with Paypal, this is probably unlikely). If there are any missing or corrupt files in the code pool folder for Paypal then goodness knows what that could throw up.

Upgrading Magento from 1.6 to 1.9 is usually a far more problematic task than your experience. Good effort. Glad you got it sorted :)

We should be doing what it takes to extend Jones' load until the end of the season. We've very little experience in the goalkeepers position with only a couple of rookie keepers, probably not the experience needed to keep us in the division!

I just want the club to be run properly and for the owners to invest and a manager that knows how to get the best out of his team.

I completely understand your point and do agree with the principality of it. But, what do you think SISU do with the revenue they get from supporters, even when the support were turning up in numbers week in week out, what have SISU ever done to reinvest, it has constantly been penny pinching, scraping, slyness, bills avoidance, take take take what they can and giving nothing in return.

We're left with a shambles first team, half of which will have gone back to their parent club in a few months. The few that are worth anything, will be sold at the end of the season. No ground that we can call only our home.

27k turned up for the Ricoh return, the support was there but nothing changed, within two games, we were back to the same old dross. SISU continued to stir controversy behind the scenes. Bit by bit since then, the support has dwindled.

Lol, yes sure, I'm not qualified to coach at this level (few are), but nevertheless, they are FA coaching badges still. I only coach a junior football team.

Anyhow, it's a catch 22. Starving SISU of money means that the club can't progress and contributing to the clubs revenue just sees them pocket it and not reinvest it anyway so we're screwed either way.

I don't want to just sit back and watch our club get fecked over by clueless morons though. SP should be getting more out of what he has available to him right now, regardless of what SISU are doing. And he isn't.

You need a UEFA B (or possibly even UEFA A if it is above Conference level) license to coach at pro level which I haven't reached yet plus I have a family and run my own business so wouldn't (yet) want to coach as full time job.
